Great Start to our Summer Session!

What a great training session today! - Z-Health - TRX - Turkish Get Ups! Farmer's walks and pullups start on Thursday. Lots of learning going on - Retired Fire Chief Dave Russell came to get a sweat on the TRX - Great Job Chief - did the Navy proud! Hope I can do half as well when I hit 82. Also had some great work from our new comers on the other end of the age spectrem - Tom and Ankit - "it was really hard but I loved it" basically says it all. Had a few people show up for the evening class - must have missed the email. Sorry for the confusion - PLEASE CHECK OUR BLOG ON TRAINING DAYS - WE WILL BE POSTING UPDATES AND PROGRAM INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE.

Welcome to our new trainers - Chris Barrett from SHU, Bobbie from St. Joe's in Phili, ChiChi is back from U-Conn and Cleo from Lasalle. Caitlin joined us from San Francisco - sharing what she learned at the TRX headquarters during her certification.

GUEST TRAINER!!!! DENIS IS BACK FOR A VISIT. One of our highest rated trainers Denis is visiting from Germany. He went back home last year to finish his studies and called me today from NYC. He will be stopping by on Thursday and hopes to see some old friends and maybe learn a little TRX. Should be fun.

We still have some room in the 9:00 and 1:00 sessions - The 1030 and the 230 are pretty full. Evening session also has some room. SAQS Starts Tomorrow!! 5:30 to 7:00 at the Ludlow MS Field - we may be moving to Tomlinson or Ludlow Turf, but will meet there at 5:30.

If you are not sure and want to give either program a try - do it. No cost, no risk, no worries - if the shoe fits the wear it, if not- pass it on.

Stay well,

Captain
