Summer Sessions Start Today!

Our Summer Sessions Start Today! - Form and function strength training sessions will be held at the Roger Ludlow Middle School Fitness Center. If you have not registered it is not too late. WE STILL HAVE A FEW OPENINGS! Stop by and check it out - if you like what you see - sign up - if not - no worries.

Day Session Class Times -
9:00 - 10:30
10:30 - 12:00
1:00 - 2:30
2:30 - 4:00

Evening Session -

5:00 - 6:30
6:30 - 8:00

note - no evening classes tonight - If you have signed up for an evening class pls email me. You can attend anyone of our daytime sessions or show up tomorrow for our SAQS class.

Directions to Roger Ludlowe Middle School

Connecticut Turnpike (Interstate 95):

Exit 21 (Mill Plain Road) If southbound, turn right; if northbound, turn left onto Mill Plain Road. Turn right onto Unquowa Road (first stop sign after turnpike ramps). Roger Ludlowe is the SECOND school building on the right (approximately .5 miles from intersection).

Merritt Parkway (Route 15):

Exit 44 (Fairfield University and Route 58) Follow Route 58 south (Black Rock Turnpike) 2 miles to Route 135 (Stillson Road). Turn right onto Stillson Road and follow to Barlow Road (going past Fairfield University on the right). Turn right onto Barlow. At second stop sign take a left onto Unquowa Road. Roger Ludlowe is on the right.
