Summer Strength Program

Now that school is over and summer officially arrived it is time to get fit. Fairfield Strength is starting our 3rd summer of programming and are excited to offer "Z" health "S" phase training to compliment an already diverse curriculum. We start next week and have room available. Our programs are open to all ages and abilities. Financial aid and scholarships are available on a case basis. Contact program director for information.

Strength Training - Starts on Tuesday June 30th. 4 week session ends on July 16, Full session ends on August 20th.
